@Procyonidae I thank you. I put this one out there because I figured a fellow Ys fanatic out there would eventually stumble upon it. I can't help but think I didn't do it justice, though. XD Sound Team JDK has a way with remixing their own songs.

Nicely done. The thing with Ys, though, especially the first game, was that it moved so quickly that you weren't too likely to hear a song that wasn't "First Step Towards Wars" for a decent length of time at all. Then there's this one, that stayed as unused sound data for about 15 years before they finally found a way to get it into Ys 2 Eternal, then FINALLY give it a fairly long area to hear it by adding Vageux-Vardette to the DS Ys 1.
