meshmixer05 has new tools for mesh reducing, attaching arbitrary meshes, smoothing boundary loops, extrusions, and a bridging/hole tool. Also a binary .mix file format, 60-second AutoSave, lots of little tweaks, and tons of bug fixes.

Yep! the brush movement is lagging once the triangles reach 500k to 1m especially when symmetry is on. Hope you can do about it.

Wow really impressive! The user interface doesnt look as pretty as in Sculptris, but this looks like it can do more in terms of modeling. *goes to download meshmixer*
