This is not a Game, It's Deadly Serious
Little toy cars flit over the race-track without anyone having to lift a finger. The steering works solely via tiny muscle reflexes. "Biofeedback as a Game" is our answer to the challenge of offering targeted training incentives for people with muscular malfunctions and movement coordination problems.
Individual Game Hardware
The emg slot car game approximately demonstrates how the biofeedback method functions. We have developed game software for an electromygraphy device (EMG) in combination with laptops and PCs for use in medical practices, clinics or at home. The device is tailored individually to patient limitations. It is also possible to play EMG-controlled games on the internet.
Specially Adapted Training Units
We focus on adapting training individually to certain user groups and developing automated training procedures. At the same time we make use of the experience of self-help groups and physiotherapy centres. Our practical experience also shows that the more exciting and varied a game, the more often, regularly and harder the patients train. They have success experiences and make measurably quicker progress.
Improved Chances of Healing
Our main target groups: children and young people suffering from spastic paralysis, patients with muscular dysfunctions or imbalances such as accident victims or stroke patients, together with people with weakness of the pelvic floor. Ideally, this play-type training can restore the muscular function of arms and legs.
Great ! Already thinking about alternative games !
