Review of my new plane - I paid £30 for this model on a special offer. It looked very bland when I first saw it in the box because the covering is just clear but you can brighten it up with alcohol paints from a craft shop...
Indoor flying with this model is easy and so relaxing - as I am far from an expert flyer its been a joy to fly just pottering around the hall and you can turn it tight if you need to.
The stall - when it comes - is more of a back-slide type of thing so getting into trouble with this model is hard.
The only problem I have with it is its very dated - needs the power of a brushless set up and coloured wings would be so much better for the butterfly name...

  • @CementRoots The plane was made by Protech but I do not think its still around. I got it because the shop was trying to get rid of its old stock and I suspect the one I had was a return because the motor was faulty. The shop kindly replaced the motor free of charge (Modelworld Maidstone) and so I got it on the spur of the moment and just took a chance and I was lucky as its great to fly...

I have tried to check if its still around for you but no luck after a quick search so sorry I cant help.

  • who makes it?.. and where can you buy it?
