I travelled a few times to France by ferry, never again! They used to open the big front door on the ship as it was getting to the sea wall. That was so the company could get everyone off as soon as the ship stopped, then get the next lot on for a fast turnaround. Poor operating and breach of health & safety laws caused this. Nothing more than company greed. I often watched waves spraying water up on to the coach deck. It was only a matter of time, when will companies learn.........
