TIC - The Iberian Conflict will have 2 playable factions guys: Carthage and Celt-Iberia. Sorry.
TIC is a subset of sorts of RTR VII "Full" that will have well, many, many playable factions. RTR VII Full will be available some time in the far future...BUT...
TIC will be available in the very near future...i mean near future...keep an eye open...

FYI (and you may already know this), the reason there are only two playable factions is that this is a mini-campaign released to test some of the new RTR 7.0 units and coding. The full RTR 7.0 will be enormous.
