@poypolma that's where I'm at with this. I've gotten accepted tk every college I've applied for but Berklee is the only one that matters to me. But even if I do get accepted, I'm definitely gonna need some help money-wise.

Does anybody know if you must go to a community college FIRST before going to Berklee?? Is that true?

very inspiring..I really want to be part of the Berklee Family.. Music is never a job for me, but my way of life. Surrounded by lots of talented musician is a great honor for me. Hope I can get a scholarship. T,T

@KarateCop Those that can't, teach, those who can, go to Berklee. Jealous hater. Typical. I live and work in the music industry in Los Angeles. EVERYONE I know who went to this school are working, and not only working but making a killing in the business. Just go back to your parent's garage and weep that they never sent you to Boston. We wish they had sent you to Ukraine.

Going to college at berklee isn't about everyone that goes there coming out with a high paying job. Its about the fact that people get to live their life doing a career they love. Not everyone gets to be big in the industry. That's called a difference between talent and knowledge. Its called life. Their list of people that have made it big is enough proof.

when you go to a music school, it doesn't mean that you will be a famous rockstar. It means that you are allowed to do what you love to do, and you are learn to understand music better and are help to express your self, those that say a music school are a big money scam, are so ingnorant. But one thing you don't get to learn in a music school is passion for what you do. if you don't love what you do a music school are probley not the thing to do. thats my opinion of it.
