The last roman emperor was Constantine XI, a brave man who never cowed against his enemies, in better times he would have made a magnificent ruler but at least he decided to fight the empire's last battle with courage and died defending his capital, constantinople. Not a pushover child that was a puppet, spread the word! The empire fell in a battle to death in 1453AD, not cowering behind mere barbarians in 476AD

The roman empire fell in AD 1453 with the fall of its eastern capital Constantinople (Byzantium) not in AD 475 with the fall of Rome. Rome itself was actually re-taken a century later (along with many of its former western provinces)by the emperor Justian in AD 555. The view presented is therefore simplistic and built on a fundamental misconception of history.
