  • when i do the first exercise i hear a loud pop around the pelvis area. should i be worried? it also pops when i lift my knee

  • @accadoza Very tricky..I thought i injure the buttocks.But now I think i had a hard landing on hips actually.Got to see the therapist.

  • been suffering the best part of 2 years with what i thought was a lower back problem,turns out i had a hip bursitis injury,just been trying out these exercises and have found pain relief and greater movement immediately,highly recommend to anyone,many thanks its nice to move around pain free,cheers
