3D Design Model - Government House (2004 - 2009)

Broadway Architects recently completed the first phase of a sustainable community development for the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun in Mayo, Yukon. The first built project is Government House along with support infrastructure including a geo-exchange district heating , a central services facility as well as a number of new homes.

The buildings form and siting takes advantage of passive solar gain, and water and earth energy. Its butterfly wings trap the sun.
