the reason the naan bread is uncooked and slightly burned is because the dough wasnt done properly, no offence but u still did a great job, well done!

1. that naan ain't cooked man
2. My grandma don't need no oven glove to use a tandoor she just be whacks it it there like nothing
so I'm sorry but you really should put it in the title that you're using a fake tandoor......

I like my naan a little charred - adds flavour
If a bit is charred - the rest is properly cooked - lots of brown areas too
Piling them - helps retain the steam - which makes the texture even better - stretchy
