One hand kettlebell snatch with 1 variation.

Variation 1: Legs bent at knee as the kettlebell moves overhead to the lockout position

Variation 2: Most people perform this type of kettlebell snatch with the legs locked out at the knees.

Work in progress and much improved over the earlier videos.

  • I think I was using a 20kg or 24kg there. I don't quite remember. I think you will find a 16kg KB sufficient for some time until you learn good technique then see the benefits of KB training. Better if you get 1x16 and 1x20kg to start. They will keep you busy for a long time.

  • How heavy is your Kettlebell?

I´m an athletic guy, but not that into weightlifting. Rather Squash and climbing.

I thinking about buying a 16kb Kettle. Is that too much, or do i have to buy a bunch of different kettles?

    thank you!
