At the tone, Ryan Maifield got the hole shot around the first turn with the rest of the field in tow. It hadn't been a full lap yet when the close battle between Maifield and Jared Tebo heated up. Ryan Cavalieri was in third and was waiting for the two leaders to make a mistake. Two and a half minutes down and Tebo would bobble and let Cavalieri go by to challenge Maifield. With so much pressure building, it would come to the last lap with Maifield still in front. With a few turns to go, Maifield would put his car on its roof in the double-double section letting Cavalieri get by for the win and Maifield second with Jared Tebo in third. Maifield would get the over all with with a 1st and 2nd place finish.
