All brown-eyed people have the pigments to have blue eyes. Anyone who has brown eyes has blue eyes underneath.... It's covered by a thin layer of pigment.

Ban Fox Hunting & Blood Sports

@octaquan thanks for the input, not sure if getting more or less sun has the greater effect but i might trying seeing how they change now based on exposure to solar light over time now.
