@XinBiDe I have been adding "Hard Mode" effects which add another rather punishing ability to each Ancient One.
Eg for Azathoth, each investigator takes 1 point of health damage every time it gains a doom-token.
Nyarlathotep would actually take an elder sign at midnight if a masked monster was in play.
Course these secondary abilities were tailored for the Ancient Ones we replaced the originals with to fit into our MLP theme. (MLP and Lovecraft? Don't ask, just... DON'T)

Good work Robert. I enjoyed the narrative. I picked this up at a boxing week clear out at 40% off. It will be a worth the odd play I am sure.

The game is easy. An expansion or rule tweaks need to be added to fix this.

Really enjoyed watching this game. After watching you play Gears of War I picked it up and now I think I might have to get Elder Sign as well. Looking forward to future games.

@arcaril This is only my first game - but I would agree that winning was not that difficult. Perhaps I was lucky with the die rolling this time around...I think a few bad rolls could change things quickly. Nevertheless, I need some more experience to know for sure. And I would like to see how it plays with more than one investigator.
