The Courteeners are an English band formed in Manchester, England in 2006 by Liam Fray (guitar/vocals), Michael Campbell (drums/backing vocals), Daniel Conan Moores (Guitar), and Mark Cuppello (bass).

Don't despair, the second part of the song is a song called 'Kimberley' or 'Kokaine Kimberley'
You can probably get it on iTunes, if not, it's on the special edition (2nd disc of) St Jude. Have a look for it on Youtube if all else fails.
