This is the second in a four part interview series with Paula Fuga. Paula speaks in this segment about her feelings as related to Hawaiian / U.S. relations. Many Native Hawaiians feel that they are slowly losing their culture, language and beliefs. They also feel the loss of a natural subsistence lifestyle which they have enjoyed for thousands of years. • I feel sad about how tyrants wrecked cultures, and what is left is so sad and confusing. These days cultures are barely existing. It's all commercialism culture. Cultures were beautiful and interesting. But love is still in the hearts...I hope. Thank you for posting this interview and thank you Paula for speaking.
