Randomly stumbled on this one. Looks like an awesome workout! I think I am gonna make on of these and do a model of this workout. How long do you think they do each of these sets? Like 60 seconds per set? Probably a 30-45 minutes workout or so....

These bags are so cheap and easy to make but so expensive to buy I don`t see why anyone would want to fork the cash for them.

these things are great.
they are very expensive to buy though.. i made my own one last night, cost less than a tenner all in.
get a car/truck inner tube, bag of sand, some cable ties and some duct tape and take it from there.
go for it
