My friend tried this and it really works. She also wrapped duck tape over her waist and looks great. Now we can eat anything we want and just add more duck tape, its great.

This was rather dumb, and impractical. Sucking it in does work, but the way they portrayed it just seemed very unrealistic. I used to be very self conscious about my stomach and always had it sucked in. Now it looks like that when I don't have to suck in because I built my muscles up to hold it there. Anyways crappy video.
