The fact that people themselves feel generally better after acupuncture or a session of reflexology is enough to believe it works in some senses regardless of what science has to say, even if it only works for those people. Matter over mind.

believe wherever you want ,but it hundreds of people love the feeling ,perhaps thousands ,it is all that counts ,no mater if is metologhy,reflexology,if it makes you feel good "guarantee"you will came back for more,that you better believe it .

RedDaVincy, don't you think that statement is a bit harsh?? Unless you've ever researched it AND had reflexology done by a trained professional, you really shouldn't criticize it. I've had it done and could actually feel different areas of my body responding. Reflexology and accupressure are wonderful eastern techniques that work to help heal your body!

Even I've read about this, I thought it was common knowledge that Reflexology was the same thing as acupuncture or feng shui-- just some very old superstition. It's completely unproven by conventional (real) science. You can continue believing what you want, though.
