LA prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi's been at it all year, calling for the criminal prosecution of George W. Bush for murder. He's written a whole book about it, laying out the legal case but many -- especially in the most powerful media -- have dismissed him and even the president's critics have poo-pooed the chances of Bush ever being brought to justice. Now there seems to be a break in the story. In this interview Bugliosi discusses the very real possibility of Bush being prosecuted for murder.

In his career at the L.A. County District Attorney's office, Vincent successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions without a single loss in his career. His most famous trial, the Charles Manson case, became the basis of his bestselling book, Helter Skelter.

  • Apparently bush's silly and untenable defense; is that his "lawyer said it was legal"......

  • Well said, although there should be no apostrophe in the "its" in your first sentence.

  • Bugliosi put Charles Manson behind bars for life with a case based on Manson's intent of malice aforethought... Manson never was accused of using his own hand in the Manson Family Murders , but Charles Manson was convicted for CONSPIRING these murders in California. Vince Bugliosi was a brilliant prosecutor then, and clearly is still to this day.

  • When Congress ignores it's sworn duty to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States of America and the press is reduced to a mere puppet of those in power pretending to be fair and balanced, we must exercise our rights as citizens of this country.

God bless these dedicated people... may truth and justice prevail!
