  • (cont.) For the record, I am not a Democrat and THIS IS NOT A PARTISAN ISSUE. DEMS are stealing elections, too (some Republicans in Maryland and Washington State have good reason to suspect election tampering in their BLUE states, and in some districts, are contesting THEIR results--really.

I respect your view and appreciate your comments, but I think we can agree that there is something severely wrong with our election systems, can't we?

  • With all due respect, what happened in Ohio HAS NOT been "put to rest" by thousands of rational liberals, literate independents, the college students at OSU who were turned away in droves, the people in minority districts who waited for hours in the rain to vote...

Mike--please explain to me why you keep drawing this back to a DEM/ REPUB issue. We have a ONE PARTY SYSTEM in this country, and the office is sold to the highest bidder--doesn't this move you at all?

  • I can name many, as I work with several/ none of whom would make the news cycle. They would all happily state, on the record, that they believe Kerry WON (sic) Ohio in 2004.

Yes, Kerry DID roll over/ stated in public that Bush won--but did so before all the data was in.

It takes weeks to analyze the numbers from each precinct, not to mention the exit polls were whitewashed to match the official results--so it took independent studies to determine why so many discrepancies from Ohio...
