Lucky *S2 episode 2*Just Wanna Be With You

Carson's POV

(She was in her room, listening to music and getting ready for her date. She was going rocker tonight. She had a black and silver rocker-tee, with a silver jacket. She was wearing a denim skirt with black leggings, and silver boots. Then her phone rang.)

On The Phone

Carson: Hey. (Kinda flirty.)
???: Hello?
Carson: Who is this?
???: It's Joe.
Carson: Oh, Joe. (Awkward.) What's up?
Joe: Not much. Just seeing what you were up to.
Carson: Oh, I'm actually getting ready to go out. (She heard Peyton's car pull into the driveway.)
Joe: Oh, with who?
Carson: (She panicked.) Just a friend. And there waiting on me so I really gotta go. Talk to you later. (She couldn't tell him the truth, and she hated that.)
Joe: Okay...(She hung up.) Bye.

(Carson walked out to meet Peyton. He gave her a short kiss, and they left for the movie.)

Kayla's POV

(Nick and Kayla were finally gettting to celebrate there 2 month anniversary. She was wearing a blue blouse, with a white cropped jacket and a white pleated knee-length skirt. And small blue heels.They ate at the Olive Garden, and then headed for the beach. They were walking hand-in-hand, along the water's edge.)

Nick: I'm so glad we finally got to do this.
Kayla: Me too.
Nick: I missed you so much on the tour.
Kayla: Yeah, I know what you mean. But school's starting soon, so hopefully we can see each other a lot more.
Nick: Definately.

(They leaned in and kissed. Then the waves crashed up against Kayla's legs.)

Kayla: Aaahh. Cold. Cold.
Nick: I got it. (He picked her up and swung her away from the waves.)
Kayla: Thank you. (She said, and they both laughed.)

(They walked aways up the beach and sat down in the sand. They sat there together, looking into the sunset.)

Kayla: Wow, the colors are so beautiful.
Nick: Just like you. (Kayla smiled and looked at Nick.) I love you, Kayla.
Kayla: I love you too. (They kissed again.)

Carson's POV

(The next day, Peyton was over at Carson's house. They were sitting together on the couch, watching Madagascar. Peyton had his arm around Carson's waist.)

Peyton: Sprechen Sie Englisch?
Carson: I sprechen.

(They laughed and it turned into a tickle fight.)

Carson: (Laughing) No, Peyton stop. (She couldn't keep a serious face.) I mean it.
Peyton: You don't look like you mean it. (Smiling.)

(They fell over on the couch, Peyton on top of Carson, still tickling her. Then he stopped and put his hands on either side of Carson to support his weight. He leaned in and kissed her. Then he put his right hand behind her head as he deepened the kiss. Carson felt his tongue on her lips and she let him in. Then suddenly, her sister, Khariss, walked in.)

Khariss: AHEM.

(Carson and Peyton shot up so fast, they could have gotten whiplash.)

Khariss: Peyton, I think it's time for you to head home. Carson has to get ready for cheer practice.
Peyton: Um...yeah.

(They both got up and Carson gave her sister a *way to ruin the mood* look. Carson walked Peyton out to his car. They said there goodbyes and Carson began walking back up the front porch.)

Peyton: Carson! Wait!

(She looked back to see Peyton running up.)

Peyton: Listen, I got you something, and I almost didn't give it to you. But I realize I really want to. (He pulled out a jewelry box.)
Carson: What is it?

(Peyton gave her the box and she opened it and inside was a ring. It had a silver band with a red heart-shaped diamond in the middle. On one side of the diamond it said "I" and on the other side it said "YOU".)

Peyton: It's a ring. But it doesn't mean anything extra. It's not like a promise ring or anything, cause I don't want to freak you out. But I wanted to give you something... (He said it all really fast, and his words ran together a little bit.)

Carson: (She was in shock; one because he knew her that well, to give her a ring instead of the usual necklace or bracelet, he knew she liked rings better. And two because it said "I LOVE YOU.")
Peyton: You hate it. I'm sorry.
Carson: No, it's beautiful. (She tried a smile and he smiled back, buying it for the moment.)

(They kissed and then Peyton really left. Carson stayed on the porch for a while, just thinking about it. *He loved her. Did she love him back? She didn't say it back. But what does that mean?* She couldn't help feeling there was something or someone in the way. But for now, she loved the ring.)
