There are pros and cons to this. I-270 to PG County needs some alleviation of congestion desperately, but I don't know if this is the right time and place to construct a $3million overpass.

I happen to agree with bikergal on this one. The sad reality of this video is shown at the end when the deer and fox are walking by. Something this guy will never see in his back yard ever again.
