The division title is going to be between the Rams and 'Hawks again. The Cardinals will come in 3rd place, as they will need to get use to Kolb at QB and they will have a learning season. 49ers will come in last because they have Smith at QB still, and they have lost a lot of players. I'm hoping the 'Hawks can win the division and go get a superbowl ring though! :]
