Too bad, everyone just watches a race and thinks that the Corvette will automatically win and when it looses it's a big accomplishment. Well don't tell them the early C4's only had "ONLY" 245 HP and around 345 TQ.

I love how there is a complete failure to mention what year c4 it was. Prior to '92 I believe, they only put out 245-ish hp. Not a very big accomplishment as those engines were shit. If the c4 was 92 to 96 they had the LT1 motors which would stomp any Altima, stock for stock, no matter how you dice it. Unless you drove a lead-plated, concrete filled corvette.
