  • im looking at these and i cant find any where that sells em!

  • I bought mine from ebay. Just get on ebay and type in hotwheels rc and your will find a seller name ringoscirus who has them new for $49.74 with $15 shipping and it includes a new battery pack with charger. Well worth the money.

  • The battery pack on my tyco subaru is a pain in the ass. It has this little box i have to put AA batteries in,which I have to screw to the car, then lock it in!

  • That is one thing I like about this car. The battery pack just slides in and connects to the terminals. The old 9.6v packs can be aggravating due to have to lock the wire connector together and then try to get it out of the way so the battery door will close.

  • Yeah I have a stockcar/super car with the 9.6v battery. Theres a little socket for the plug in the botom, the battery sits on top of it(once plugged in) and U have to wrapp the cord around the battery to close the door.

  • Yeah, they could do better designing those. I wish they did because I have probably 15 of those battery packs

  • o yeah looking for a good rc 4wd buggy than the kyosho inferno is the one to go with

  • He's right! Hot wheels made it. Shouldn't have had any involvement of tyco.

  • Tyco didn't make it. They made the Turbo Hopper.

  • Yeah, this isn't a hobby-quality RC, you wouldn't find one of these at a hobby shop and if you brought this to one, they'd tell you to throw it out and get something better. But someone new may not know this but still, hobby grade is a whole lot better.

  • That still doesent change the fact that "Toy grade" rcs are shit and not durable worth shit compared to "Hobby grade"

  • I guess BORDENRYAN runs a hobby shop and cant wait to sell you the many upgrades for the many forgetable modern rc cars of today. RC is like real cars - you will get the guy who buys a new car, and you will have the guy who buys the 1957 chev.

The new car guy will say "my car is quicker and has ABS" and the 57 car guy will say "my car has the looks and will be fondly remembered in years to come when your cars parts are obsolete." LONG LIVE THE HOBBY!

  • Easy there, yes I know your feeling but not everybody are at that standard. As per below this is just 50 bucks USD and for some people they may already be satisfied with this. Not all people are willing invest money in this hobby. I mean 1 Reedy saddle pack lipo for my Team Associated B44 already cost more than 100 bucks USD. For someone who's new or just want to get a glimpse of Radio Control car or simply just for a little fun, that maybe too much to spend.

  • I hate it when people think these piece of shit cars are good. Step up to hobby grade pussys

  • it's looking realy nice but my hobby class sportwerks raven ST probly would out handle that thing.....but for beginers thats an awsome 4wd buggy plus mine is only rwd. still hits 26.8mph it was tested.

  • thanks!
