  • Some of you are very ignorant. Not everyone does the natural horsemanship nice nice routine. This guy handled this horse very well he wasn't yanking him around or kicking the hell outta him. He stayed calm and waited for the horse to give to him, once this happened all pressure was released and the horse walked off no problem.

  • @atolifarms it is. Just wish people would take the time to do things right the first time around. I'm still working on my horse that the previous owner thought that training consisted of a two by four and nails. Glad I have him and get the satisfaction of rubbing it in her every day with how well he is doing : -)

  • 1.This guy is way too big for this horse.

    2. This horse looks way to young to be started

3.This did nothing beneficial, and only taught this horse to buck.

Congrats guy in the video..... Some people have no common sense at all.

  • @MorganTaylor2010 oh okay, just throwing ideas out there is alll

  • @S0XF0X As I said not every horse will have a buck free first ride. Yes they could have taken it slower, however not everyone does and this horse looked like it was just fine not tired at all. Also you can not necessarily rid a horse of fear of having a rider before you ride it. I knew a horse that the owner did 2 years of groundwork with him went for the first ride and the horse through a fit. It is very different having someone above them.

  • @Papa96Bear That is possible however it seemed to just be him rebeling against it as he settled down pretty much after his little fit.

  • @PsychoDanna1 obviously I am aware of that however do you think in the old days people took 6 months-a year to teach all the ground manners? nope soo some people are still stuck in that training method and being that this horse seems like it will just be a ranch horse I don't think they really care

  • @MorganTaylor2010 i agree with you, but the way the horse was asking i wouldve checked to be sure that the tack fit right, the way the horse was freaking out ans swishing his tail and throwing his head around and stuff... but idk it could just be the way he acts to the saddle for the first time, but im just throwin ideas out there...

  • yes this is a very good way to break a horse... Im glad my horse had enough spirit to go threw this and not be broken. Horses that are broken are boring, and i think its really sad when u cant look in a horses eyes and see the fire of a free spirit.

  • @atolifarms WOW!! ... :)

  • @atolifarms perhaps you should read it......! if you have actually read sum of his stuff... you would see that he's has a chapter about bucking horses..... but anyways...CAN'T BREAK A HORSE READING A BOOK!! AND THERE'S COUNTLESS BOOKS OUT THERE TELLING YOU HOW TO DO IT! BUT THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY IT WILL GET DONE...... JUST DO IT! :)
