For this strenuous endeavor, I hope to benefit by using MAXIMUS from AtLargeNutrition. It is a great mass builder - 616 cals of 64g protein, 74g "favorable carbs", 8g fat of which 6g come from Flax oil. It tastes great and very reasonably priced :)

I will be striving towards 20 Rep Squats regularly. When I get 20 reps, I will increase the weight 5 lbs.
