METCON™ DEFINED Metabolic conditioning (METCON™ to us!) is an intense circuit-style workout that is one of the most popular training methods used in the fitness industry today. METCON™ utilizes a combination of strength training exercises and anaerobic conditioning drills. Workouts may be timed (and usually are) with circuits consisting of 4 to 10 exercises performed in multiple rounds, with very little rest.
GOALComplete your workout or circuit as quickly as possible while maintaining proper form and staying near your anaerobic threshold. This maximizes the challenge and your energy expenditure.

Group Training is the staple of our club. Bodyplex Cumming provides LES MILLS classes. Les Mills is the #1 group fitness program in the world. We offer over 50 classes a week in 3 dedicated rooms so there is a class for every fitness level. We even offer Yoga and Hot Yoga classes (of course it is included in the membership).
Our 5,000sf freeweight area is the largest of any club in the area. Dumbbells range from 5lbs to 120lbs. Of course, there are plenty of dumbbell benches and Olympic benches to work out with.
Unique to our facility is a massive Advanced Training area where you can cross train. You will find plenty of cable machines, Bosu Balls, Versa Bars/Cords, Plyo Boxes, additional dumbbells, Stretching Machines and Stability Balls.
Got my membership today, worked out for like 2 hours. 2 yr contract. great gym!
