black community the only place and only time there's a semblance of a black community is during the jazz festivals art festivals juneteenth and the eastside and northeast side of Denver a friend from New York said this once that most of the friendly blacks folks he met we're from someplace else you try to acknowledge other black people here and they look at you crazy like they want to fight all I got to say is that Denver sucked the Joy out of me I came here happy

I live here in Denver,CO I hate this place people in Denver are some of the most unfriendliest rude cold people iv'e ever met you try to talk to people and people look at you weird people in general are weird dudes wearing shorts in the winter time it's something in the air that makes people strange and when it comes to black folks the black people here are some of the worst type of black folks iv'e ever dealt with when you're black in Denver you practically are on your own there's no sense of

If you move there, i'd recommend living in an area called highlands ranch, perfect place for families. Outside of denver, but closer to all that outdoor stuff. Of course you'll need more money to live there, but probably worth it =)

lol wow, denver looks really clear in this video. I moved away from denver a few years ago but still visit, and when you're coming off the mountian you can't even really see the city that well there is so much air pollution. But I guess most major cities are that way. Kind of boring there if you're a kid, and not safe at all in some areas. The country is beautiful around denver, but takes like over 40 minutes or hours (depending on the time of day) to get out of the damn city lol.
