@Otouto72 and then just after the damn thing loaded it sometimes came up with a load error and you had to re-wind the tape and re-load it again (thats when my head hurt)

@Otouto72 Plus, there were subtle things about the arcade game that no port (back in the day, to my knowledge) duplicated exactly. Getting a great score is about more than just popping big clumps of bubbles and not dying, you have to learn how to "manipulate the mysteries".

Of course, now we have emulators and such, and somebody is probably playing a 100% accurate version on their phone or something right now. And yeah, I don't think I ever played a bad version of this, but still.^_^
