Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO - NASA)

The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) is the first mission in NASA's Vision for Space Exploration, a plan to return to the moon and then to travel to Mars and beyond. LRO will launch in late 2008 with the objectives to finding safe landing sites, locate potential resources, characterize the radiation environment, and demonstrate new technology.

This project is to slow and too late. Things like this should have happened in the mid 70s/80s.

This time will be remembered forever. First steps in colonization of the moon. People will learn about this until the end of the universe. And im looking forward to a vacation there in a few years ;)

Cathy Peddie, if your dream is to work for NASA and step out onto the "Moon", all you have to do is go to Area 51's Moon movie production stage.

It's no big deal. This way, you can help indoctrinate the next generation of sheeple into believing an even bigger lie then the first.

The alien artifacts question will not go away until the LRO delivers detailed images of the back side of the moon. Specifically, the areas identified as potential areas of archaeological interest or potentially having alien structures or artifacts.

based on the output of the chinese, japanese, indian, euros, the clementine, etc, we will get no images.

I will wager $1000 to anyone that the LRO will either be delayed, fail to deliver 1m resolution images, or give us a few apollo images and then fail.
