Yep. Just hold down the Square button as you're playing and the option will pop up.

You upload the videos straight from the PS3.

Just hold down the Square button until the record options pop up on the screen. From there, you can select the YouTube option and begin recording. When you finish, just plug in your YouTube account name and password, and it automatically uploads.
