I'm sorry this was just a terrible & unprofessional unboxing. Get real. Should they include Mac support in the future? Yes. Is it important enough to be mentioned here? No. Mac OS support isn't crucial to the success of ANY product because Mac users can use Windows if they want and because Mac OS doesn't represent a significant % of the market. The person unboxing hated the product before he even opened the box, why even bother getting the device when you have such a chip on your shoulder?

there's no mac client because macs dont have the majority of the market share.

on the other side apple has to make itunes for windows, otherwise only mac users will buy ipod, and mac users are the minority.

You really need to read the manual or something. Or even just get a clue. All those things that you "could only do on the pc" can be done on the player. You just need to sync the player to a pc first.

Also, that "glue" on the player was probably just grime from your greasy ass fingers. You left prints all over that thing.

And Microsoft is actually extremely smart in not making a mac client. Why waste resources/money on something that won't benefit them other than pulling maaybe 1% of the market?

Hi. I hope you dont mind me commenting on this video after such a long time, but I read somewhere that Microsofts Windows Phone 7 is or will be somewaht similiar to the Zune HD in terms of handling and design. Since the Zune is not available here I found this video really helpful. I cant wait to have a look at Phone 7 by MS. Hopefully you'll do a video on it? bb

A Super bias reviewer people like you should work at apple not reviewing product. btw even ipod touch has headphone jack at the same spot as zune. wake up every product has weakness.

First off, you can set up everything from the Zune after you plug it in one time to the PC. It is VERY obvious from your tone and things you pointed out you didn't like the Zune before you even opened the box. I have no interest in watching reviews by someone how has proven to me they can't be unbiased. Not to mention the fact that you never made another video to clarify these things or give it a fair review.
