Thanx for this information! I cant wait 2 try this! I'm turning 29 on Halloween & in the last yr my skin went from normal/oily to sensitive/dry. Its so dry that after cleansing my face i have to moisturize right away or my skin goes tight & flaky right away! -3

@MyMaxKali Thanks for dropping by....the coq10 added to a moisturizer is really only suitable to use at night as it leaves a yellow (easily washed off!) cast to the skin. However having been experimenting lately with Visionnaire and other high end mosturizers in my opinion this is equally as good a treatment at a fraction of the cost of very expensive moisturizers! @jubblypat Not silly at all! Yes...the coq10 leaves a slight tanned look...so it is only suitable to use at night!! Thx for dropping by and commenting :-)

@TheLoveminnie ...the CoQ10 capsules I buy are a Holland & Barrett brand (available in the uK). Any CoQ10 brand would be fine though...because they all come in capsule form. I also take four capsules a day internally too! Please note that some brands are not good if you have nut or soy allergies...so if you are you need to scrutinize the brand you buy! By the way....I wanted to thank you for subscribing to my channel..but I can't find you on YouTube....Weird! Thx for commenting
