This fight scene is fucking terrible, it's too damn rushed and short, the choreography is clumsy and very unoriginal for 2009 standards. I've seen a bunch of films with better fight choreography; Mortal Kombat, Enter the Dragon, Undisputed II and III, Broken Path, Police Story, Fist of Legend, and Flashpoint, half of these are either older films, Hong Kong films, or DTV films, and they kick the shit out of this garbage.

@iissmart1234 is right he could have been anything white, black, asian, w/e and no they didnt cast this guy because they were lazy because if that was the reason grandpa Gohan would've been some random white guy. Goku isnt even human so how could he even be classed by asian, white, or black?? there's no point putting a race to him, either way this movie was completely off and would not have made a diffference if he was casted asian we would still hate this movie but iissmart1234 is right

@scarx89 That's true, In fact I was watched a few interviews of the cast and NONE of them claimed to be fans of the Dragon-ball franchise. Probably because no fan of the series would accept a role in this movie god awful rip-off of toriyama's work. I do agree with you that the casting for Goku was horrible I just don't think his race would have changed anything; I mean seriously they put goku in HIGH SCHOOL!

@iissmart1234 Just an opinion, but goku really does look similar to the people from the far east of earth. I know he is a sayain and could of been blue if akira wanted, but he's not. Every DB fan knows how goku looks like so they are gonna say something. The director was lazy and showed no passion for this movie at all. @scarx89 But what are u basing that Goku must be Asian off of? Your making it sound like just because goku's pod landed in Asia that means that his character is Asian. So my point is that since he is from space his character could be Black, White, or Asian depending on what Akira Toriyama wanted. Especially since he himself said that this movie was a re-telling and not supposed to follow the manga.
