Its incredibly loud, my LBS has one and it sounded like a small car engine on a cat 2 climb . Thats the only down size, but like anything else never buy the 1 gen.

@x94bird Yeah, that is why I was looking at the videos. Cycling news did a review and said that it was incredibly loud. The videos strait from Lemond feature conveniently silenced audio.

Concept looks great. I'm wondering if Trek will be distributing these or if LeMond is taking a different approach. Looks like it will work much better than traditional trainers. Saving tires is a plus!
