Do you need a lineside permit for the spa valley?

All locations seen in this video are accessible to members of the public, no lineside permit is required. The Coldbath Bridge location can be accessd by getting off the train at High Rocks, walking up to the road bridge then taking a footpath that runs parallel to the line towards TWW. Once you're passed Coldbath Bridge, you just need to go through the trees/bushes, etc to get a vantage point. Bit overgrown though.
