@DeCrypedMonkey As the only remaining superpower in the world, stuff does actually revolve around Americans...also the americans would be the ones to fund the tunnel, and would have the most trading with China and Russia via the tunnel.

It would've been done already if Russia and the US were tight allies. Excluding politics it is a great idea and would benefit everyone but the chances of it happening don't seem good.
