The kodokan itself classifies this throw as seio nage as it has a lifting and throwing motion rather than the drop of a seio otoshi.

@BoredMedic u dont have to pull them to the floor for it to be seoi otoshi......this is definetely seoi otoshi...seoi nage both legs are in between uke's legs

@esteban1712 He's not pulling uke directly over to the floor, he's loading him onto his back and then throwing him over. The throw is kata-eri-seoi-nage, a variation of morote-seoi nage.
