  • The Jewish community in Mexico is building an oasis there as Jews (an non-Jews) have done throughout the centuries. When people blame Israel or the Jews is out of ignorance, fear, and misdirection from their own leaders who oppress their own people, sad but true.

  • @Rabinito2 ,WHEN MORE SETLEMENTS ARE BUILT , american jews will retire in israel ! but nigers wont be admitted ,

  • @darkxxking ,JEWS ARE EVERYWHERE! = unfortunatly !

  • @HeadNtheClouds You'e forgetting the fact that Mexican is a nationality not a race. Just like the USA, Mexico is also a country of immigrants. My great grandparents are from Spain and Italy and I'm Mexican.

Let's not be ignorant. Besides, Jews are everywhere.

  • @Rabinito2 No, I am a 2nd generation Polish immigrant who is also Jewish. My family got out before the 2nd World War (or some of us got out)

  • @Rabinito2 Are you Polish, or from that region? I am speaking about myself & others that I have asked from the region & they are more tollerant to cold & seem to be hot in warmer climates. Just something of an unusual fact of the people I know from there. Do you have a different view? I really didn't mean for this to be an insulting comment.

  • HeadNtheClouds: again, don't you hear the strong Spanish accent of all these people being interviewed? You must be very young to think this way, and kind of naive too. Listen to their strong Spanish accent......even if they are Jewish they are Hispanic.

  • HeadNtheClouds: Moron!

  • wow, I never thought of it that way & had no idea that there even was a Jewish community in Mexico, hmmm, (I'm Polish, ha ha) People from Texas are Texan, people from Mexico are Mexican, I live in California, so I'm a Californian, then there is Poland, they are Polish? it doesn't rhyme, no wonder so many jokes. OK, I'm being weird now,,, but honestly I will be happy when people stop putting such emphasis on race/religion etc & just dealing with people as individuals, not lumping them all into 1

  • The Jewish community in Mexico and the rest of Latin America are from Europe some from the Middle East. My family are Sefardi ...yes a person of Eastern European background can live in Latin America. What people don't realize is that being Latino/Hispanic is an ethnic group not a race. Just how being Jewish is not a race. I'm Jewish but my family is in Texas now...honestly I can relate to other Latinos/Hispanics more than nonLatinos (my only expection would be other Jews)
