Overall, your diet looks fine, but if you don't eat a lot of meat I think you should include more legumes and good substitutes in your diet (eg : tofu and soy products, lentils, beans, chickpeas, fortified milks, a wide variety of nuts & seeds, quinoa, etc). Maybe you're already eating all of those, but I didn't see a lot of them in your video and they're very important for your health.
So I guess that's it... lol
Oh and congrats on your amazing weight loss! You look stunning!! :))

I don't really eat fish, but the fish fillets that you had, the lemon pepper.
How are those? I'm thinking of trying them, i'm also trying to lose weight. But i'm in college, so it's hard to be able to pick the right foods. If you could help me, that would be great! You did an awesome job with your journey, you look GREAT! :)

Thank you!! I started drinking the vanilla light. I have to say it's better than plain, it actually has flavor! LOL. & only 10 more calories
