I have had this exact problem - with my partner who is blind and has a guide dog, if she had been on her own there's no way she would have ever got home! I contacted them and they responded they were 'aware of the problem' will it ever improve?? please keep up your videos - you tell it like it is.

Great, but here's a question. A privatised train leaves a privatised station at 3pm. It's destination is 300 miles away. On its journey the high speed train travels at an average of 30 mph.
Another train travelling in the opposite direction at an average speed of 35 mph leaves at the same time. Simultaneously a butterfly comes to life in Patagonia. At what time will the trains....................................
............................................... be cancelled?
