Oh wow, this is amazing! I was just in tears from the pain before I found this video and after doing this I feel infinitely better! The pain/tightness isn't entirely gone, but I might be able to get some sleep now. Thank you so much!

@massagebyheatherw Thank you for this video ... how often would you suggest doing this exercise ? because I feel like i need to do this 4x day or more at this point
-
I thought it was just me... but I did feel slightly warm and fuzzy. But it did help a little ... i'm very tender right now ... so I think i am just stressed to the point where I am worried to do more damage to the area

Wow, this actually helped me a bit! Gonna start doing it daily. Thanks for the tips!

@weesophz93 It's not a frequent reaction, but many of these points also affect the lymphatic system, and the sinus system in the head. That means they can affect your sense of balance if the inner ear and the fluid in there reacts to changes in the pressure.

Amazing video, thank you so much for posting it. I have had TMJ for 5 years now and nobody has been able to offer any treatment for it that has worked. I was interested in the Acupressure Meridian you mentioned in a lower post, the "Small Intestines Meridian". I have been having gastro-intenstinal for over a month now and was wondering if this is all connected to the bruxism/TMJ disorder, a further on effect of my TMJ. THANKS AGAIN, Ck

@MegaChadK The acupressure points relate to organs, but not always in a strict, Western medicine sort of way. It's more an associate with a number of characteristics traditional Chinese Medicine associates with the organ, so it's hard to say how connected it is. However, great news that it's helped with the TMJ. Internal massage of the jaw muscles with the fingers will also help.
