Lowering the 4th at East Crompton

Trying to lower a 5cwt in under 10 seconds, but got it down in 16. Listen to that lovely hum. mmmmmmm! : )

The video starts on my first pull at handstroke, i already had the loop prepared.

Not done quite as violently as the chap did in the video this is in responce to.

It is more than possible to ring-down a bell of that weight in two whole strokes. Have seen it done. Mind you i have no sympathy for the [probable] state of their hands. And it probably isn't good for the ropes either!
