  • The real challenge is to balance between what is considered as an "ethical practice" which is highly related to firms'stakeholders, and shareholders, where this category simply represents the "earning" side of the firm. My thought is, whenever firms are employing ethical behaviour towards PROFIT then the action is UNETHICAL

  • @Saifkarem Well profits can be made in ethical ways - test of trully great corporations.

  • Well I am amazed at how fast it is all changing. I work with up to 4 different multinationals each week, and most are re-writing the rules and values of their business because they know that people like YouTube community will punish them if they don't change and actually, althought you may find it hard to believe, those in the corporations also mostly happen to think as you do.
