Bona Dust Free Sanding

Bona has developed a specially designed Dust Care unit for sanding machines, and which is placed in a trailer outside the building. This means that dust deriving from sanding is vacuumed up by a powerful dust collector and dispatched out to the trailer through a 60 metre hose. The sanding dust, which otherwise is usually an irritant to both the machine operator and the customers, is avoided by vacuuming the dust; a great advantage from a workplace environment viewpoint. The trailer has a very efficient cyclone filter, a good fan and a collection bag that holds 160 litres.
