The SP-2 tone bar was designed by Rick Shubb and me while building upon previous bar designs. It's used for various forms of lap steels and resophonic guitars (dobros). Here's a demonstration of a few of the features and how to use them.
At the beginning, I play the A part of Garrett Barry's jig and close with my own tune, "White Oak Way." I'm playing a National Reso-Phonic Model D in D tuning, with John Pearse strings, and a Hipshot Trilogy tailpiece
man this guy is an amazing musician! he comes in to the coffee shop i work at, and i saw him play at latitudes in Auburn, INCREDIBLE !! and thanks for helping me out on the circle of 5ths Pete, greatly appreciated!-Gabriel

I want to know how you got that bend at 2:59. Do you have a thumb lever? Just pushing string with third finger behind bar?

Pete, outstanding playing. Like the last poster I loved White Oak Way. Now that I have sucked up lol, the 64k question. Would you have tab for it? I would gladly compensate you. Mike
