I found the date bit off information on this and it says that this bbc six 0 clock news bulletin was recorded on monday 1 november 1993 as that is the date when Maastricht treaty and Exchange Rate Mechanism problems took place and I remember this being shown on the six 0 clock news on that day so yeah it was definately monday 1 november 1993 the date when you recorded this if I remember correctly because that was the date it was recorded on monday 1 november 1993 during the bbc six 0 clock news
